THE AD COUNCIL: BUZZED DRIVING PREVENTION

Alcohol-related driving deaths reached an all-time low in 1998—but then began steadily increasing again. The Ad Council recognized the need for a new approach, so in 2015 they refreshed their classic “Friends Don’t Let Friends Drive Drunk” campaign with a new message: “Buzzed Driving is Drunk Driving.”

Today, we’re bringing the campaign to life in new, comedic ways. The below campaign celebrates viewers who examine their own warning signs of impairment and take responsibility for their decisions behind the wheel.
